While the brand promotes a healthy image, I’ve come to realize that the options available are not as nutritious as they appear. My recent experience reinforced this concern when I ordered a lamb sub and caught the server attempting to add chicken salami instead. Fortunately, I noticed this in time, and they replaced the ingredients with the correct lamb meat. However, this incident left me questioning the integrity of the service, especially considering the high prices charged for these subs. For the premium cost, I expected a more satisfying and flavorful meal. I hope Subway takes customer feedback seriously and enhances the taste and quality of their offerings. Additionally, better training for staff on handling ingredients accurately is crucial to maintaining trust and transparency. Implementing stricter quality control and ensuring that ingredients are used as advertised will help improve customer satisfaction.
