Fortunately, I noticed this in time, and they replaced the ingredients with the correct lamb meat. However, this incident left me questioning the integrity of the service, especially considering the high prices charged for these subs. For the premium cost, I expected a more satisfying and flavorful meal. I hope Subway takes customer feedback seriously and enhances the taste and quality of their offerings. Additionally, better training for staff on handling ingredients accurately is crucial to maintaining trust and transparency. Implementing stricter quality control and ensuring that ingredients are used as advertised will help improve customer satisfaction.
