Ignoring all the reviews about this place, I went to eat in Subway, solely because of the past; it turns out disastrous food, customer service, and the manager's language tone were too bad towards customers. The sandwich was cold like it was kept in the fridge, and reheated upon request the second time. Overall place is not worth the price. Vegetarian options: There are multiple veg options they offer and it tastes really good. The service was so awesome they asked me literally everything and the staffs were so friendly and hardworking. They had everything fresh. I visited Subway Pimple Saudagar outlet. I am a vegetarian and opted for Veg option and the guy on the veg counter was nicely preparing my order. I was annoyed when the person who was on NON VEG counter came and dip his hand in the veg counter directly. This is not acceptable and when I objected he was very rude. This should not be allowed and every individual customer should be respected as per his/her belief. Person serving non-veg should not dip his hands in veg counter just to complete his work. Overall Subway products are tasty, but such behaviour is not tolerated. Hope this should be avoided in future. Thanks.
