I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant, ordering almost every day, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Firstly, the restaurant rarely picks up calls sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t which makes it impossible to communicate special food instructions since Zomato doesn’t have a section for that. Despite being a loyal customer, they actually blocked my number after I politely raised a concern about the chicken quantity in my order. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer who orders regularly, I expect basic courtesy and consistency. Blocking a regular customer instead of addressing feedback shows poor service attitude. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their communication, food quality, and professionalism. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

We tried the Footlong Chilli Bean Patty, Cheese Paneer Tikka, and Potato Cheese Chilli—everything was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Rohit for preparing our subs exactly as per our instructions. His attention to detail and service really stood out. Great food, great experience at Subway Chakala!
