Very poor management. Its been there in the society since many years. But recently i bought frequently. So i get discounts coupons. The last interaction with the manager for using the coupon he couldn't redeemed it. When i asked him why this coupon is not working i got an very irresponsible and stupid answer. He said how do i know if the coupon is not working I don't know the owner. ( main malik ko thodi jaanta hoon jo mujhe pata hoga ki coupon kyon ni lag tha. ) how can a manager level person talk to customers like this for their queries!
