Hi ! Today I had my regular order at Kolkata airport , I used to have my filling in oregano parmesan loaf . But I found my loaf taste is different , honestly its not good compare to other outlets in delhi, mumbai, bangkok etc ...other area loaf taste and texture are similar , but in kolkata not same , please check your reciepe and flour quality . Your cooking area atmoshphere also not pleasent i can can its hot . Your teams are sweating , Your team need training on basic hygiene , same gloves they are using for food and cashiering , other outlet your team use clear plastic gloves not the latex ,its easy to remove , so there team during cooking wear gloves other process without golves . Please have a look . Thank you . Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I understand it was late at night but the staff must know how to treat a customer. He was so reluctant to listen to me and seemed irritated to take my order was damn slow. Eventually he put less tuna on my sandwich, very disappointed with kolkata airport once more. Bad airport !!!
