The outlet is beyond pathetic. The server is just trying to rip of his customers with his unfair practises and extremely rude behaviour. I went there to get a subway and he asked me if I wanted extra cheese, I said no just toast it with the cheese nothing extra like it is routinely. He said we don’t put cheese in the subway unless you pay extra. I said that’s not possible and I had one 3 days ago, he said policy has changed 2 days ago only and I asked him to show me that but he didn’t and then was extremely disrespectful towards me. Actions should be taken against employees who are indulging in unfair practises.

The staff is extremely rude and thinks that the customer is fool. Stores like these shouldn’t operate if they can’t handle customers. He blatantly lied about cheese and tried to charge me extra for it and when I said I don’t want extra just toast it like you do, he said the policy changed 2 days ago because I told him 2 days ago I had subway and the policy hadn’t changed and then continued to argue. Highly unprofessional! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
