    Worst place to visit. Owner/ Manager is rude and doesnt deserve to run this place. Do not visit this place, the staff is really good but the lady owner/ manager is the worst person. When we went to buy food here and asked to use the restroom the owner/manager was rude to us. Do not ever visit this dumb place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

    I Very disappointed with the service from Subway BTM Layout. I ordered one Americano and one Crispers Salt & Pepper through Zomato, but the entire order was spilled inside the package. The drink leaked completely, and the food was in a total mess due to careless packaging. This is unacceptable from a brand like Subway. To make things worse, I tried contacting the store multiple times on the number provided, but it’s either switched off or a wrong number! Extremely poor customer support and zero accountability. Please fix your contact details and train your staff to ensure proper packaging before dispatching any order. Service: 1
