We stayed at Sterling Manali for 4 nights in early March 2024. The weather was very chilly and we got 24/7 piping hot water and sanj excellent room heater which for us, senior citizens, was a boon. The quality and quantity of food and service at their restaurant Kullu Kitchen was superb. The staff, including the chef, would personally come to our table to ask us if we needed anything or if they could provide us something to our liking. The overall experience was amazing! Thank you. Rooms: Big, spacious and with the best modern amenities. 24/7 hot water and room heater. Food & drinks: Both veg and non-veg were too good. Their gulab jamuns and roasted (tandoori) chicken were outstanding. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
