FRAUD ALERT: Do Not Book Here! Rating: 1/5 Stars (I would give 0 if I could) Total disaster at Hotel Paras Royal. I booked through Agoda, but upon arrival, the staff was incredibly rude and claimed they had no record of my booking. They refused to give me a room, forcing me to find last-minute accommodation elsewhere. To make matters worse, the hotel staff lied and told Agoda that I stayed there just so they could keep my money! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and have zero hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs. They are scamming travelers and the staff's behavior is pathetic.
