We stayed at State beach resort on 18 july 2025,, with my spouse. while booking it online i specifically asked for sea view room from balcony,they said all deluxe room are sea view balcony..so i booked deluxe room. But when we reached there manager assigned corner room on ground floor.. though sea view was there but no windows in room so you have to step out of room to enjoy view, we asked for room on first floor.. but they said hotel is full. That was disappointing, rooms were also not crystal clean .. but it was just okay .. but room size is quite bigger for deluxe .. breakfast was just okay .. below average. This hotel has only good out of world location .. that’s it .. nothing is not worth of 6k . Service: 2

The stay was amazing , please take sea view suits with balcony , it gives you perfect view and relaxation. The service was top class. Room are good , food was tasty . Mr. Ranjeeth was very helpful and friendly . We tried kerala massage in mermaid spa , the therapist was very experienced, my pain is relieved . Overall perfect stay . Thankyou !! Service: 5
