I was very disappointed with my recent experience, as none of the three beverages I ordered contained any ice, despite the fact that we did not request them to be served without ice. This lack of attention to detail significantly affected the quality and enjoyment of our beverages. I can honestly say that these were the worst beverages I've ever had in my life. The absence of ice, which is a standard expectation for most cold beverages, resulted in them being less refreshing and enjoyable.
