On the name of cost cutting have you guys opted to send half a cup of coffee when someone pays for a venti?? Have some basic measures atleast when such a big brand name is attached to your store, and stop updating fake phone numbers of your store on delivery platforms. This is absolutely bizzare and unethical infact this is called as looting the payer on the face. I am not sure if I should boycott Tata starbucks or just the store.
