Today we visited xperia starbucks and we had the worst experience there we've ordered two caramel Frappuccino the test was very bad and when we asked the staff about it then there behaviour towards us was very rude especially the staff named pooja she was talking to us very rudely and raising her voice on us please do somthing about it this is not the way you treat your customers worst experience ever Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had ordered pumpkin spice latte with chillie toast and the packaging was so poor that swiggy cancelled my order. I tried again Starbucks did the same thing again We are paying so much for this and such a poor quality packaging?? What are you even charging for, plus I didn't get the full refund #verypoorservices #starbucksscam Service: 1
