Went there for cold brew tasting session planned at 3 pm waited for 1 hour but no response from the team and manager. We understand that its an additional activities but once a time is finalized then i think everyone's time is equally important. Only focussing on the paid clients should not be the motto. Such cases don't promote such activities to waste a coffee enthusiasts time. Hope management takes required action Service: 1

I had an incredible experience at Starbucks in Anand, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sunita and Mamta. Their service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly made my visit memorable. It’s rare to experience such great service, and I can honestly say it was even better than what I’ve had in the USA. I left feeling genuinely impressed with their hospitality and attention to detail.
