Today, around 9:00 AM, I visited Star Highway Dhaba (152D) and had tea. I also purchased a packed order, including Balushahi, Mattar, and Ras Malai, after receiving an assurance from the counter in charge that the items would remain fresh and safe to eat for at least six hours. However, within just two hours, the Ras Malai was in a terrible state, indicating that it was packed without proper quality checks. This level of negligence from Star Highway Dhaba on the expressway is completely unacceptable. Watch the video and judge the quality for yourself.
