Pizza was not packed properly. Seal was open and pizza was slid to one side of package. Plus it was cold when delivered

Hello mam, Thanks for your feedback. While investigating into the issue, Pizza was prepared, packed and sealed as per normal practice. We noticed delay in pick up by zomato partner and also delivery delayed by 20 mins. Zomato admin to take necessary action internally. At our end, we are adding one more seal to ensure safe delivery of Pizza. Hope you understand the concern and appreciate the immediate action.

the bread was really good, but i think the marinara and cheese was less which made my pizza a bit dry, although great taste.
