Bawarchi is located at chitralaya road opposite to leelamahal petrol pump.Previously it was called Hyderabad Grand Bawarchi but now they changed the name. I went to this restaurant twice and had chicken dum biryani kadai chicken.Biryani was above average and kadai chicken was good. Ambience and service was okayish. They used to serve haleem in those days,which was average in taste.I don't know the present status if they still serve haleem or not.

The restaurant is centrally located in the heart of Vizag ideal for a quick bite on the move.

We walked into a dimly lit, cool environment at lunchtime,a welcome relief from the heat outside.We ordered a Chicken Biryani. Service was prompt,it came piping hot accompanied by a meaty gravy and chilled raita.The biryani was flavoursome,not too spicy with a healthy piece of succulent chicken.Generous helping,more than enough for two.

I ve been here several times because it is in a prime location and the vegetable biryani was good. But my friend who accompanied me had mutton curry and mutton biryani the rice was good but the mutton was heavily salted.
3rd time we had here got a cockroach from my biryani was shocked
