The hotel didn’t look hygienic at all. It seemed poorly maintained—dirty water glasses and an unclean kitchen area were noticeable even from a distance. Now, about the Donne Biryani—this place is quite misleading. They do not serve authentic Donne Biryani. What they offer tastes more like Ambur Biryani, both in color and flavor. For those unfamiliar, a quick Google search will show you the difference. It seems like, for them, “Donne” just means serving the biryani in a leaf-like bowl—completely missing the essence of the actual dish. I haven’t tried many of their other items, but I will say their chicken kebab was actually pretty good. Kachda nan makla, i am regular for your restuarant from past 3 years, now a days and today also, i have order chciken, i don't know, it is not felt like chicken, you're surving some other meat for sure, i have called you guys today also, i will complain to Food safety authorities of India. dirty idiots, you're litrelly serving a poison to the people. It takes more than 1.5 hours to receive my order through swiggy! Though i stay 2km away from the restaurant! The delivery guy keeps calling and telling me that the restaurant people are not giving me the food and im waiting! They should learn to manage their crowd! And prioritise online delivery!
