Came here after hearing so much hype, but the experience was honestly disappointing. The dosa had no flavour, and the sambar was so watery. For ₹80, I expected at least proper taste and consistency. The ₹18 vada wasn’t any better. What annoyed me even more was the packaging. For a place charging these kinds of prices, giving chutney wrapped in banana leaf and newspaper is not acceptable. At this price, the least they can ensure is decent hygiene and proper packing. Overall, this place has never lived up to its name, definitely not worth the hype. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I ordered a masala dosa, coffee, and a vada. The coffee was terrible — it didn’t even seem to contain a spoon of milk. The masala dosa was below average, though the vada was quite good. When we politely mentioned that the coffee was not good while paying the bill, the owner/cashier got very angry and rudely said, “Never come to this hotel again!” Such a response was extremely insulting and unprofessional.
