Only reason why this place is enjoying the kind of patronage that it continues to have is that Muruga Bhavan is the only decent dinable vegetarian restaurant in the locality. It has decent ambience with clean tables and cutlery.
Coming to food, the taste and quality of the food is average. Even when it comes to basic food like idly sambar chutney, they don't raise above the average. Meals they serve is also average. The chapthi parotta items were okay. And the cost is on the cheaper side but their service might at times get annoyingly lackluster.
Few foods are good (during dinner time), few are not (especially breakfast).
Good part is, it maintains the cleanliness. but the service are not that good.
