Had dinner here and tried the Goan fish thali — it was really good! The king fish was fresh and nicely spiced, and the dry prawns side added great flavour. Loved the pineapple gravy too — it had a sweet and tangy balance that went perfectly with the meal. The sol kadi was refreshing and light. What made it extra special was the warm service — they even offered us Diwali snacks while we waited, which was such a nice touch. If you’re looking for authentic, home-style Goan food in Candolim, Spicy Roots is a great choice. Simple, tasty, and made with care. A cute little home run eatery tucked nearby our resort which offers tasty local goan food. The makrel fish chops were realky flavourful and amazing! Prawns & fish were fresh and really worth it.
