1/5 — Disappointing experience at Spice Factory, HinjewadiToday I visited Spice Factory, Hinjewadi, with a pre-booking through Zomato. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.At the time of booking, we were informed that we would receive 2 complimentary 30 ml Balentine shots with the pre-booking. However, we received only 1 shot.What was more disappointing was the billing. The bill included several additional charges, including service charges and taxes, and the final amount was ₹3,254. The food prices on the bill also appeared higher than what we expected, which made the overall experience feel overpriced.I would request the management to review the billing and clarify the promotional offer. Customers should receive exactly what is promised at the time of booking, and the bill should be transparent.I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for future customers.
