I chose Spice Factory because of its strong brand name. To be honest, the food was okay—not exceptional, but decent. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service. The behavior of both the waiter and especially the manager was unacceptable. The manager displayed a very negative attitude in front of our family, which made the entire visit unpleasant. If you're only looking for food, Spice Factory might suffice. But if you value good service, respectful staff, and a welcoming environment, I would recommend exploring other options.
