The Food & Beverage service at the hotel was truly outstanding. The food was delicious, well presented, and the hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The service was fast, warm, and highly professional, giving a premium touch to everything. A special thanks to Manager Mr. Rajesh and his wonderful team for their excellent efforts and dedication. Their teamwork and commitment made the experience exceptional. Overall, both the food and service were top-class. Highly recommended!

Hello Sir, A big thank you to the entire hotel team, Sahil ji, for making our engagement truly memorable . Everything—from decoration, lighting, stage, DJ, and hospitality—was managed perfectly . The food was delicious (snacks and main course), and the drinks/liquor service was seamless with no shortages—everything was circulated smoothly . Our no onion, no garlic requirements were also taken care of exactly as planned—much appreciated. Service was outstanding; it felt like each table had a dedicated manager, and guests were looked after even before they asked. For us as the couple too, a dedicated person was assigned—taking care of us while we were getting ready and throughout the function. From serving drinks and snacks (even with toothpicks ), to making sure tissues were taken care of, we never had to worry or feel hungry. That level of personal care really stood out . DJ Vicky was superb , and the entry with fire boxes, bubbles, and fog looked magical . The stay for the groom’s side guests was very comfortable, and they were happy with both the room service and the food arrangements. Your staff was well-dressed, well-behaved, and very professional, and the overall coordination was flawless—with not a single complaint from any guest .
