Dosa was not upto the mark, missing coconut chutney and sambhar. The taste was not authentic

I found a hair in mumbai style vada pao also dont fall for the name nothing special in vada pao only they put masala chutney thats it. Puri I ordered was not puri it was more like paratha. Thick and hard to chew. Worst experience. Never ordering from southern delights again.

1)In don't think there is hair(cooks wear cap all the time ) , 2)special chutney is prepared with many ingredients,, Kindly identify if you can . 3)Puri if you keep it more time it will become semi soft , but will keep in mind next time thanks
