Is very bad staff are very rudely speaking foid not good and management is worst zero rating important not a driver facility washroom not available any driver restroom very bad experience and very bad hotel don't come

Spacious property and decent rooms — we stayed in the new Palace Wing (Raya Rooms), which are the best option here and recommended over the older sections. However, the resort seems unprepared for full occupancy. Our rooms were not ready even ~3 hours after check-in time, and there were repeated service gaps — no glasses for water/welcome drinks, missing tea bags, towels not provided on one day, and linens not consistently changed. Despite being new, the rooms already felt poorly maintained. The hotel is fully vegetarian, but food quality and variety were disappointing. Breakfast options were repetitive, service was slow, and although breakfast was meant to start at 7:30 AM, the full buffet was usually ready only around 8:00 AM. Restaurant staff were largely unhelpful. The only saving grace was the reception team — Bhumika, Yusuf, and others were proactive, helped us with Hampi sightseeing plans, and made genuine efforts to assist. Good property with potential, but service, maintenance, and food need significant improvement to justify the stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Vijayshree Resort, Hampi from 10th till 13th March, 2024. We had a few problems with our room but their service more than compensated for it. The staff is very polite and professional. They went out of their way to solve our issues. Although all of them are very good, I must mention our special thanks to Rohit and Ishita particularly. Also I must make special mention of Ashish and all the other restaurant staff. The food is really good. Special mention for Chef Nibir and all the other chefs who accomodated all our special requests. Overall they made our stay in the resort really memorable. However I must mention that the room desparately needs a facelift. It can very well do with a fresh coat of paint. The airconditioners need servicing. There are broken fittings here and there. The fittings in the bathroom need to be replaced. It is an excellent property. And with the revamp done it can really be an excellent place to stay in Hampi. Service: 5
