When this mistake was pointed out the one piece of meat was cooked & served & this piece of meat might be frozen from inside because of lack of due process time. For that you described that entire portion was served uncooked, raw & frozen from inside! If that was so then our humble question to you that how did you & your friend eat the previous 7 pieces of meat & entire 2 portion of veg fried rice? No left over was found in your & your friend's dishes after you left. We have checked the CCTV footage after going through your review & there you & your friend were seen that you ate relishingly the items you've ordered. We very well know the era of social media platforms, Google give power to people to express their views & reviews to correct the course of any institution, organisation & company but that doesn't mean you can post half side of the story to malign us. We work hard to serve our every guest with utmost sincerity & yes we are humans we do mistakes & we are ready to accept the criticism for our mistakes but we will not accept critism for the mistakes which we didn't commit. And we are posting our response here publicly so that other people see our responce & should know that the guest is not always right in f&b industry. More
