I have tasted almost every segment of food from Smoky Bowl and I could say that they are really good at Chinese main courses as the inner decoration of the restaurant implies. Tandoori segment ( non veg)is standard ( but found nothing special in "ujjwala chicken"). This restaurant has introduced sea food ( octopus, crab , shrimps) for the first time in our locality which. I have only tasted crab-dish which was good. Full marks on Service , food serving time , cleanliness and behaviour. The attendants are quite attentive. But non-veg Chinese side dishes are not satisfying . Every time I visit the restaurant I face the same disappointment. Last time on 3rd April 2023 I went to Smoky Bowl with my family and ordered lemon chicken along with my favourite spicy noodles and mixed fried rice but faced the same issue...chicken (lemon chicken) side dish was not up to the mark. There are other restaurants that make much better Chinese side dishes. I believe Smoky Bowl could improve the taste of side dishes too. They must work on it. Except this...my overall experience is good enough.
