Their food is not upto the mark. Their grill is not authentic. Rest everything is fine. Management really need to pitch in to improve the food quality and taste. Chef asked me about the food but I hesitate to say its not good. We want to visit again. please take care. Recently we booked a table for 9 people to celebrate a special occasion. The ambience is excellent and provides for a quiet and relaxed dining experience. The menu options are somewhat limited but the manager was very helpful and was happy to organise food from outside the menu options (given they have other restaurants within the restaurant complex). The customer service was excellent, being looked after by Parthasarathi & Ranjith. The food came without much delay and we were well served. Parthasarathi & team went above and beyond and gave us a huge surprise - a cake with candles on a table decorated with rose petals!! We were all taken aback by this gesture wondering how they were able to pull it off! Later we came to know that Parthasarathi clued on to the importance of the occasion during a passing chat with one of us. We appreciate the exceptional hospitality and quick thinking from the team. The space is excellent and above all the customer service that definitely warrants going back. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
