Nutella Brownie is a must try in here. Hot chocolate is a never try I repeat don’t regret afterwards. Waffle is decent in here. The people working are not friendly. Thick shakes are good.

Disappointing Experience and Deceptive Practices at Slurpmeister, Broadway Mall. We recently visited Slurpmeister at Broadway Mall, Coimbatore, hoping for a pleasant dessert experience, but left feeling extremely disappointed and misled. Our visit was marked by significant order inaccuracies, subpar food quality, and unprofessional customer service. We specifically ordered a Belgium Chocolate Waffle, expecting a high-quality product as advertised. However, we were served a Nutella Cream Waffle instead. This was a blatant error and a clear case of being cheated, as we received an item different from what we requested and paid for. The deception did not stop there. When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, the shopkeeper attempted to manipulate the situation rather than resolving the mistake. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the quality of the other items we purchased was also underwhelming and not up to standard. The overall experience was far from great, suggesting a lack of consistency and care in their offerings. We strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when ordering from this establishment. The poor quality, combined with the deceptive practices and manipulative behavior of the staff, makes Slurpmeister an experience we regret and cannot recommend.
