My family and I had an opportunity to dine in at the Slate & Pearl restaurant, Sterling Kodai Lake resort today. I would like to sincerely compliment Sangramjit and Surav, the restaurant staff for their outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. They anticipated our needs without us having to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and efficiency did not go unnoticed. It's rare to come across such dedicated service, and they truly made our meal memorable. Thank you for going the extra mile and for making us feel so welcome and valued. You are a true asset to your team, and we hope to return soon. The food served was cooked near perfection.
