(2/5) Skyfall Restaurant – In front of SMS Stadium, Tonk Road, Jaipur Visited Skyfall Restaurant recently — while the location is very good and live music was enjoyable, the overall experience was disappointing. Location & Parking: The restaurant is right in front of SMS Stadium with free parking space, which is convenient. However, the signboard wasn’t lit up, and it took us a while to find the place in the evening. Ambience & Seating: We sat in the covered sitting area, but the experience was below average. The menu was dirty, especially the leatherette cover, and the chairs were uncomfortable with poor back support. Food & Taste: We ordered a Kebab Platter, Kadhai Paneer, and Tandoori Roti. Unfortunately, the food was just okay — nothing special given the prices. The kebab platter wasn’t served hot, it was slightly cold, and the Kadhai Paneer lacked flavor. They also didn’t serve any complimentary salad; when we asked, they brought old cut onions and lemon, which was quite disappointing. Service: The service was slow, and one irritating thing was that the staff kept taking away the menu after every order. Every time we wanted to add something, we had to call them again to bring it back, which became quite annoying. Billing Issue: A major red flag — they initially added service charge plus GST without informing us and even charged ₹60 for a ₹20 Bisleri bottle. Only when I confronted them did they correct it. Clearly, if you don’t check the bill, they’ll quietly overcharge. Overall: Apart from good live music and convenient parking, there’s not much to appreciate here. Average food, poor service, uncomfortable seating, and billing manipulation make this place hard to recommend — especially for families.
