Fusion dishes are to be tasted here. The atmosphere of hospitality of this restaurant highly depends on the staff, that is friendly here. A lot of people have noticed that the service is terrific. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant SkyDeck a high rating.

This place is a stain on the name of Novotel hotels. I came there with my wife for a lunch on 16 February 2025 and the food and service was the worst thing imaginable. The calamari rings were undercooked to the point that the rings were still raw and when we tookthis to the notice of the staff there and told them to take care while preparing roast prawns, they served us prawns that were burnt on the outside and raw inside and their only excuse was that the main chef was not available . The most pathetic part in this came when we complained at the lobby front desk where the actual chef narasimha was begging us to not complain and that they would offer us a free meal instead which we declined and left. There is no sense of responsibility from anyone here and you go at your own risk of food poisoning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
