Dear Sky Route Team First of all, I would like to mention that my Google profile has received 500+ points, which reflects that my reviews are genuine and based on real experiences. On 31st December 2025, I called the restaurant to book a New Year package. My call was received by Prateek, who informed me that the charge for a couple was ₹5,000. I clearly mentioned that I would be accompanied by my 3-year-old baby girl. He explicitly told me that there would be no charge for a 3-year-old child. However, when I reached the restaurant at around 9:30 PM on 31st December, Prateek again asked whether I had a baby with me. After confirming that my daughter was 3 years old, he suddenly stated that I would have to pay an additional ₹1,000 for her, claiming that she would require a separate chair. This was extremely shocking and disappointing, as it was completely contrary to what was communicated earlier. At that moment, since I had already paid the advance amount and my family was present, I had no option but to pay the extra ₹1,000. What made the situation worse was that nothing was served to my child. She only drank water and tasted a small piece of paneer tikka, which was of very poor quality. There was no dedicated food or service provided for her, despite charging extra. Such miscommunication, unprofessional behavior, and false commitments are unacceptable—especially in a posh area like Dwarka. This experience left a very negative impression on me. I am attaching all relevant screenshots and proof for reference. total 6k but not at all meet my expectations new year means what you just took money and there is no any service very very bad think twice to go this worst service but staff is co operative no doubt check my snapshot how did i gave payment i have attached . and i request to Delhi Government plz take action this type of worst restaurant .
