I recently visited Sky Bar and Lounge in Rohtak and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite its reputation for a great ambiance and rooftop views, the service and management left much to be desired.Firstly, the staff were unprofessional and inattentive. Orders took an excessively long time to arrive, even when the bar was not particularly busy. This lack of efficiency was compounded by the staff's indifferent attitude, which made the waiting experience even more frustrating.The most troubling aspect, however, was the behavior of the owner, Manu Budhwar. I witnessed several instances where he interacted with customers in a disrespectful and condescending manner."He doesn't know how to talk to females." This included ignoring customer complaints and responding rudely to simple inquiries. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.Moreover, there were several reports from other patrons about being overcharged for drinks, with cheaper alcohol being passed off as more expensive options. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and suggests a lack of integrity in the establishment's operations.While the location and atmosphere might draw you in, I strongly advise reconsidering a visit to Sky Bar and Lounge until significant improvements are made in customer service and management behavior. #Patheticmannerlessowner

The worst place I have ever gone. No hospitality, The staff is non supportive and don’t even ask for water. Very slow and disgusting services. I will never suggest anyone for this place.

No Parking, No Good Food, No Good Service, No good staffing services. This place is just a waste of time and money.
