I visited Sizzling Spices in Dahisar with my friends this weekend, and it turned out to be a delightful experience for Asian food lovers. The place is small but cozy, with quick and humble service that makes you feel welcome. We began with the Chicken Eight Treasure Soup, which was packed with a variety of vegetables along with chicken – light, healthy, and a good start. Next came the Korean-style Crispy Chicken, essentially chicken katsu paired with honey chilli sauce. While the sauce was average, the katsu itself was perfectly crispy and enjoyable. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Chicken Thai Green Curry Pot Rice. Aromatic, rich in flavor, and served in a portion easily sufficient for three, it stood out as the star dish. Overall, Sizzling Spices is a nice spot if you’re in the mood for hearty and flavorful Asian cuisine. Definitely worth a visit.
