We visited the restaurant on October 24, 2025, specifically seeking the unlimited Gujarati thali that is prominently advertised on the hotel building's exterior signage. First, getting to the restaurant was challenging, as it is located on the First Floor, and we found the lack of an elevator or clear alternative made the ascent very difficult for the senior citizen in our group. Upon reaching the dining area, we confirmed the thali's availability with the staff. We were disappointed to be told that the thali is no longer available, citing a management change that occurred two months ago. While we appreciated the staff's honest explanation, the combination of the challenging access and the misleading advertisement was highly frustrating. If the offering has been permanently removed due to a management change, the large display sign must be removed or updated immediately to prevent further disappointment for customers traveling specifically for that meal. Despite these initial issues, we decided to stay and order from the à la carte menu. The food we ordered was good, and we were pleased with the quality of the meal itself.
