Sitara Tea & Bakers is an absolute gem for chai and snack lovers! Their Irani chai is truly exceptional—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Every sip feels authentic and keeps you coming back for more. However, the taste does depend on how well the milk is cooked. The process here involves pouring milk into a small container and making chai until it’s finished, then refilling. At the beginning, the milk can be a bit raw and undercooked, which slightly affects the flavor. But as time passes and the milk cooks thoroughly, the chai develops that signature richness. The bakery section is equally impressive, serving classics like Osmania biscuits and small fine biscuits. The Osmania biscuit, kept warm in a hot cabinet, is especially delightful—crumbly, lightly sweet, and pairing perfectly with their chai. For savory cravings, you’ll find samosas, veg puffs, chicken puffs, and more. Sitara’s popularity is evident from its six other branches across Hyderabad, all maintaining the same standard of taste and quality. The vibe here is distinctly Hyderabadi: groups of boys and uncles sit in clusters, chatting away in a relaxed, low-traffic area. It’s common to see friends in groups of four or five sharing laughs over chai and snacks. Takeaway chai is a big plus for those on the move, and with timings from 6 AM till midnight, Sitara is always ready to satisfy your cravings.
