The experience was deeply disappointing due to a shocking display of hostility from the staff, including the manager. When an inquiry was made about the hotel's star rating, the manager responded with a deeply unprofessional and defensive remark. This rude encounter was followed by staff members refusing access to a washroom. The overall service was poor, and the washroom facilities were unhygienic. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below the basic standards of customer care Service: 1

Had a wonderful stay at Singla Hotel in Hanumangarh! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Highly recommended!
