During my recent visit to Hotel Sinar, I have tried their porotta with fish curry. The porotta was well-prepared, featuring a flaky and soft texture that complemented the rich and flavorful fish curry. The curry itself was seasoned well, offering a delightful blend of spices that paired perfectly with the porotta. However, while the food met my expectations, the service left room for improvement. Some staff members displayed a poor customer behaviour, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Enhancing customer service training would greatly benefit the establishment and its patrons. In summary, Hotel Sinar offers commendable dishes like the porotta with fish curry, but refining the waitstaff's customer service skills would elevate the dining experience.
