I bought Aloo Patty, Cream Roll, Donut and a Black Forest Cake from here. It was such a bad experience that my child fell sick and when I called them, they gave such a rude reply which only a rude person can give. I am going to take legal action against them.All of you who have had similar experiences as mine, please support me in bringing out the truth about such people..And tell the owner of this shop, Sahil Lalwani, about the power of the customer. Greetings,In response to your issues, we would like to clarify that you bought the cake around 9.30 pm and we got the first call for the complaint at around 12:10am midnight. Which is roughly 2 and a half hours from the time of purchase. It is always advisable to consumers to consume any refrigerated item within half an hour of purchase, keeping in mind the weather at this time of the year. Despite that, we repeatedly requested to exchange your cake free of charge but you insisted that we pay for the transport of the cake that you purchased. After rejection of your vague orders, you tried to pressurise us by claiming to be a government professional from the esteemed MINISTRY OF DEFENCE of India and how you can get 100s of officers to our outlet in a single call. You abused and made crude remarks to our business and family which has hurt us - both professionally and personally. You threatened us by taking advantage of your designation in the esteemed MINISTRY OF DEFENCE of legal consequences and demanded us your travel expenses for the same. Is it right to treat a shopkeeper this way? At SIMLA BAKERY CAFE, we take forward the legacy handed down to us in the most respectful manner and we condemn those who malign us for their personal interests.
