I am extremely disappointed with the service. I clearly told no ice in the juice, mentioned it in the order notes, and even called Simla Ice to confirm. Despite that, ice was still added to the juice. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable shameful service Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1

hai mam we haven’t added ice to your juice when the delivery person delays to pick the order we usually keep the juice in the refrigerator to avoid spoiling that chillness would have felt in your juice because the orange and sweet lime have to be consumed quickly the taste will be changed .I request you to be polite with your reviews avoiding words like shameful service .
