I had an amazing experience at Shyam Rasoi! The food was simply outstanding — every dish was full of authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and served hot and fresh. You can truly taste the love and effort that goes into their cooking. The service was equally impressive — polite, quick, and very attentive. Wrost experience. Name hai shayam rasoi aur inke kam hai ravan jaise.. Agar option minus ka hota wahi deti inko sabse jyda ghatiya people hai yeh advance payment lekar khana delivered nhi krte.. 1) Hamare ghar par baby ka namkaran tha 19 oct 12:30 pm ko 40 people ka khana order kiya but jis din order delivered krna tha hume call kr ke kehte hai ki jo apne order kiya wo nhi milega uske opposite dusra beaj re hai wo bhi 11:30 am call kr k bta re hai hume. Uske liye hamari thodi behas hui kyuki humne family k related modify krwaya tha lunch aur uske extra charges bhi diye the... 2) Yeh baat bhi humne jane di hamare guest ghar thee 12 pm ho gye the fr call kr ke kehte hai 1 pm delivered hoga 1 pm se 1:30pm ho gya jouth par jouth bol re order delivered ho gya traffic mai hai kisi rider ka number de diya wo bol rha abhi load ho rha itna jouth bol re the aur itna rudely baat kr re.. 3) And jab humne bola ki hamare guest ki samne insult ho jayegi ap jldi delivered krdo toh reply aya aage se toh ham kya kre agar apke guest aye hai baby ka namkaran kharb ho jaye unka reply bs yahi tha hamne theekaa nhi liya apke guest ka aur tone itni gandi thi inn shayam rasoi wale bande ki aur aurat ki..... Aur jab delivered ki baat hui toh bol re 3 bje krenge aur humne bola bhut late ho jayega toh next reply jao ham nhi krte delivered cancel kiya tera order yeh inka reply tha. 4) Hamne fr bhi at a time lunch arrange kiya but in logon ne na khana delivered kiya aur refund bhi nhi diya... 5) Inko lgta hai yeh sab kr k yeh khush ho jayenge but shayam rasoi ji apki all call recording hai, msg hai, apke payment ka bank records bhi hai... Apki complaint abhi sidha consumer court mai hogi... Wrost experience wrost means sabse jyda life ka wrsot shayam rasoi nhi yeh toh ghatiya rasoi hai...... Pls ink logon se bacha k rehna..
