Visited today on 29th May in your shop and experienced a worst experience, I have ordered one single chaat and one lassi. Firstly the person standing at the counter not listening to take my order and when i again told to take then he replied in such a bad manner that i have order single chaat.
I have paid money for purchasing that not taking it free and when i complained same to manager he is also not bothering to guide him to treat customer in good manner.

Visited on 15 Mar 23 and purchased besan laddu and balushahi. The taste was horrible and most pathetic. The sweets were made of used oil as it was quite evident from the taste. There was a time when their products were good. Now the quality and care for customers seems to have hit rock bottom. I regret going to their shop. It would be better to go to a small time halwai in Lucknow and avoid these big names. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED

Shyam Swaad mithai shop is very old and trusted sweet shop situated in Aliganj-puraniya belt and they also offer restaurant's services.And I came to know this recently that they are selling malayi makhan also in their shop.Also it is a suggestion that staff should be more polite to strengthen the reputation of the shop.Thanks.
