We say this with a very satisfied experience that this was one of the best Sindhi meal we had, after having had in Sindhi homes of neighbors during our childhood.
The first and foremost plus was....LOW SALT & OIL. You won our hearts then and there. The pakwans were crisp and perfectly done. The daal was so fresh and delicious. Then green and imlee chutneys again were super fresh and did their part perfectly well in turning the daal in to a gastronomical delight.
The other two dishes - Sindhi Kadhi and Bunga chawal. The combo was superb. Again very homely feel. Light on the stomach and palate. Loved every morsel.
If at all we have to nitpick, I would say, that the khade masale in the bunga chawal were a tad too many. So at times you have an ilaichi or daalchini piece suddenly creeping into your spoonful and setting off an unsolicited, sharp taste bomb in your mouth!
Otherwise, everything was just brilliant.
This is the first time ever in my life that I am writing such a fan boy kind of review.
We are 100 percent ordering again and trying out other Sindhi specialties like Sai bhaji, Koki and several others.
And we shall recommend it highly to friends and on social media.
