We had a disappointing experience at this hotel today. We ordered a parcel of shavige bath at 10 PM, and before making the payment, we specifically asked the staff whether the food was fresh and good, to which they confidently replied "YES." Trusting their assurance, we paid INR 130 and took the parcel home. However, when we opened the package to eat, we were greeted with a bad, rotten smell from the food, making it completely inedible. This was very upsetting and not at all what we expected after their assurance about the food quality. Food: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
