I will tell you my experience with shree guru residency. Before going there I had booked my room via phone. But when I reached there, there was no record of my booking and I freshly checked in the hotel. When I checked out, they gave me wrong bill of someone's and refunded some amount also. I told them it's not my room pls give me a bill for my room. They said no problem. Once I left the hotel again they called me pay the actually amount with refund. Again I had to come to the hotel to collect. Still they didn't give me correct bill with exact details because I have to claim this bill from my office. They said we will courier it and they did. But the overall experience was very bad. Even the rooms are not worth for 3k. Service: 1
