I loved everything about this mess, hygiene. But the only thing which made me sad is the usage of the plastic cover on the plate on which hot food is served. I know the older generation of us won't care to eat on the plastic cover, but now people are ready to pay a little more to get healthier food. All the food is really good and healthy, but please use banana leaf or any natural alternatives instead of plastic cover which is responsible for a lot of bad things. Please comment back with the leaf on the plate so customers know u are upgraded.
