I visited Shosha Cafe bar and was disappointed with their billing practice. They imposed a mandatory service charge, claiming it was compulsory when using Zomato Gold. As per government guidelines, service charges are voluntary, but the staff refused to remove them, showing poor customer service.Zomato, please address this with your partner restaurant and ensure compliance with consumer laws. Experiences like this diminish the value of Zomato Gold.my bill number is 8546 and 8545 total service charge is ₹204.35

@Shosha cafebar is one the best Cafebar in Indore yet nice party place, ambience is really awesome, food is good but not up to the mark that is the only reason I rated 4 star I also found music system is really very loud according to the dance floor it feels like prickles in your ears but still good vibes over here.....
Over all the places is really great and joyful with friends.
