Shivam Chap never disappoints with its quality and consistency in taste. I drive more than an hour to enjoy their delicacies! A Disappointing Experience I recently visited Shubham Shahi Chaap in Rohtak and was thoroughly unimpressed. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive, and the food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was also quite unpleasant, with a lack of cleanliness and a generally unwelcoming vibe. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly rude and arrogant, exhibiting a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The minor staff members were also unhelpful and seemed disinterested in their jobs. Overall, my experience at Shubham Shahi Chaap was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.
