I recently dined at Shetty’s Zayka, where the food was flavorful and prepared as expected, offering a satisfying meal that met our expectations for quality and taste. The dishes were enjoyable, making it a good choice if you’re after reliable, straightforward flavors. The service, however, was disappointing and left much to be desired. At a restaurant of this caliber, you’d expect attentive staff who automatically serve each course without prompting. Instead, we had to ask to be served each time a dish arrived, which felt like a significant oversight and disrupted the experience. Waiting for items to be plated, especially when it should be standard practice, cast a shadow over the meal. In summary, Shetty’s Zayka offers enjoyable food, but the service fell short, with a lack of attentiveness that took away from the dining experience. While it’s a good stop for the food alone, the service should improve to provide a seamless experience befitting its reputation. All of us good food poisoned. We are four friends ordered Paneer Sabj and Roti and Masala Pappad. we went on 17th feb 2024 evening time. all 4 of us got sick.
